Dor Berkovitz is a Philadelphia-based real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Foyer, serving as CEO and the company’s strategic leader. He directs Foyer’s vision, oversees business development, and leads the sourcing of acquisitions and new opportunities across hospitality, adaptive reuse, residential, and commercial projects. With experience across Philadelphia and New York, Dor has shaped over 500 residential units and guided the transformation of historic warehouses and properties, including the redevelopment of the Penn Home into Hotel Anna & Bel. Dor brings strategic insight, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to crafting distinctive experiences.

Dvir Aharon is a Philadelphia-based real estate developer and Co-Founder of Foyer, serving as Managing Partner and the company’s operational lead. He directs planning, construction, and project execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, with a focus on complex restorations and adaptive reuse. Dvir has overseen the transformation of historic warehouses and properties into vibrant, functional spaces, including the redevelopment of the Penn Home into Hotel Anna & Bel, ensuring each project balances design intent, structural precision, and lasting impact.
