Dor Berkovitz is a Philadelphia-based real estate entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Foyer, specializing in hospitality development, adaptive reuse, and commercial projects. With experience across Philadelphia and New York, he has led the vision for over 500 residential units and the transformation of historic warehouses, including the redevelopment of the Penn Home into Hotel Anna & Bel. Dor brings strategic insight, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to preserving local heritage to every project, shaping Foyer’s long-term growth and impact in the community.

Dvir Aharon
Dvir Aharon is a Philadelphia-based real estate developer and Co-Founder of Foyer, with expertise in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Serving as Principal and General Contractor, he oversees acquisitions, planning, and construction, focusing on complex restorations and adaptive reuse. His work includes transforming the historic Penn Home into Hotel Anna & Bel, integrating luxury accommodations with a chef-driven restaurant, and contributing to Fishtown’s dynamic culinary and cultural scene. Dvir’s hands-on approach ensures that every project is executed with precision, quality, and attention to detail.
